Our experienced in-house Prince 2 project management team are responsible for managing and co-ordinating projects from site assessment to delivery. Detailed method statements and risk assessments are produced, determining the resources allocated to the project and allowing detailed scheduling. Project managers prepare necessary briefs for internal information transfer and co-ordinate involvement of any partners that may be required.

Our transport partners have been carefully chosen for their reliability and specialist skills in handling medical imaging equipment. We organise specialist lifting equipment and shipping, working with companies with whom we have a long standing relationship.  Our meticulous planning has proved effective in working together as one team to ensure seamless project delivery.

We professionally package all parts and equipment to ensure safe transportation and are experienced in ensuring that all peripherals are organised to facilitate any eventual re-installation.

Lundy Healthcare’s service doesn’t stop there – we also ensure the safe delivery, installation, storage or certified disposal in line with the WEEE regulations if required.
